Just wanted to share with everyone about the Women’s Empowerment Session we recently done. It was very liberating on how we as women can do all things in Christ who strengthen us, no matter how old you are. The woman of good works. I have found them to be encouraging to the need of other as well as supportive to help organize groups to help you fine that start you need to move forward. And the workshops are fun as well. So be encouraged ladies don't let a dream that you always wanted die take hold of it and fly.
With your support, this event attracted over 150 guests and raised the awareness of volunteerism and the impact our services have on needy individuals and families in the local community. Our mission is to promote, support, and sustain home ownership and improve financial literacy among the under served, low-to-moderate income and veteran communities in Prince William County and the Washington DC Metropolitan area. As a community based, HUD approved nonprofit housing counseling agency, First Home Alliance touched the lives of over 750 families in the last year and more than 8,000 households, since inception in 2002. The generous support of individuals like you makes it possible for First Home Alliance to exist and to help make this community a great place to live. Thank you again for your support.
To all of you who will have the opportunity to experience a "Women of empowerment" session through Women of good works, don't deny yourself, it's fun, enriching, powerful, and filled with sisterhood which gives you wings to soar... I was truly blessed by the experience.
I had the opportunity to serve as a volunteer packing and distributing household items to people who were in need of assistance. The items distributed were of high quality and would be a great contribution to any household. I'm proud to be a part of this program.

With sponsoring the Beautiful You Community-wide Baby Shower, Women of Good Works is bringing hope to less-privileged women in Cameroon who would otherwise go unnoticed
